Need too step up my game

Hey... So I've done weight watchers which was a great success! I've now hit the 'wall'I've already done weights and do my best to hit half an hour cardo 3 times a week (busy lifestyle) my diet and new things to eat would be great if anyone has time to give advice.

    It seems like you know what you're doing! If you're plateauing, try interval training in your cardio stuff or mix in a different sport
