lift! Do not let anyone tell you what you're supposed to do unless they're correcting your form. Lifting helps you lose weight even after you stop working out from that day. You also see more results and faster. Start by training yourself with little weights and gradually , increase the weights. I lift! People look at me and think I'm a middle school girl trying to show off
