~Hi all!
This is my second time on this site. The first time I was here I was new at dieting and exercise. Now I am on a more stabilized plan. My first experience was like a vicious cycle for me. Too many critics and know-it-alls. I either ate and exercised too little, or too much. There was no middle ground to please people, this time it is all for me. I want to be healthy and fit this summer. Looking for POSITIVE friends, if so....... Add me! ᵔᴥᵔ
