Calorie rich quick oatmeal recipe

so here is the ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
2 table spoons of peanut butter
1-2 scoops of whey protein
First you cook the oats, i prefer with boiling water or you can do it with microwave.2 after the iats are ready you add 1-2 scoops of whey protein if your choice and you stir it up, feel free to add a bit of hot water if it doesn't mix well,3 and the peanut butter to the mix and stir it up.done!! And you are looking at a 500+ calorie meal! Optional: you can add any type of fruit you prefer.

I boil mine in 2% white milk. Makes it a but creamier as well as added calories0
