Gaining weight? HELP!

im in college 4 days a week and it's hard to eat because I'm constantly busy! I go to the gym Monday to Friday but I want to bulk up but I don't know what to eat and don't know how often to eat? Can any body give me any ideas or even give me a plan I can follow?! Please help I'm new to this!

I'm not particularly all for plans because people like eating different things at different timings etc. To get your calories in, eat calorically dense foods;
- Nuts and nut butters; peanut butter and trail mix are great
- Fatty cuts of meat; pork, steaks (super cheap)
- Sweet treats / pop tarts are advised sometimes..
- Beets, legumes etc

It doesn't really matter how often you eat, just as long as you reach your macros. However, some people find it easier to eat several smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 main big ones (I prefer having 3 big ones). You can check my diary if you want.

I second what @IsaackGMOON said above with one exception. I normally have 4 big meals and 2 snacks. Have a ready supply of nuts like amonds and cashews with you in college along with apples, pears, etc.0
