What exercise should I do

I want to loose about 11 pounds and tone up. Should I do cardio until I reach my goal weight or do a combo of cardio and strength or alternate I have no idea

Calorie deficit=weight loss, cardio=heart health (and aids the deficit a bit, but counting calories is #1), strength training=LBM retention.0

Hit those weights! I did mostly fast-paced resistance training while I was losing 64 lbs. Combine that with some HIIT cardio thrown in there, and you've got a great recipe for reducing body fat. Of course, be sure that you're sticking to appropriate calorie and macro goals.0

Thanks, yeah I wasnt counting before and I saw no results, how many days a week should I do HIIT and should I do weights and that on the same day0
