belly busters??

I have a pretty bad saggy belly (3 babies in 5 years) and I'm trying to find a good exercise that will help me tighten it back up again. I have been doing scissor kicks and leg lifts, and I can feel them helping, but I'm looking for something that will really help my deflated balloon belly...

This explains how to get the best tummy you can. You still have to eat a deficit to lose fat, you can't spot reduce. You can retain as much LBM as possible by meeting the appropriate protein goal and lifting or body weight training, which will help with the appearance.0 -

No...this does not work. And there is no such thing as "toning". Especially not in this sense. You can only lose fat through calorie deficit to reveal the muscle that is underneath.0 -

Also not necessarily. Doing crunches in a calorie deficit doesn't do much to save LBM, and you can't create abs this way. Better to do full body resistance training, or compound heavy lifts.0
