Tomorrow is day one for me. I'm currently weighing in at 235. My first goal is to get under 200. The ultimate goal is to get under 150. 130 would be a dream. I lost some decent weight years ago on LA weight loss then gained it all back and then some after having children. I'm a stress eater and seriously addicted to sugar. My job gives me major anxiety which I turn to food for comfort. I hope to make my health and happiness a new priority. Anyone with tips or advice or just need to talk are welcome.
