Hello mom of 3 looking to get back on track

I gained most of my weight back ,been slacking on healthy eating and workingout ,need to know what's the best way to jump start my weightloss since I gotta start all over again

    Hi! I'm in the same boat. It took a shocking picture of myself to get my butt in gear!! It really is a mental thing. You have to make sure you're in the right mindset. Make sure you know yourself, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and go from there. Make a couple lifestyle and diet changes, and slowly add more in as you go. I decided to drink water all day. I took out junk food, fried food, soda, and red meat from my diet. I'm also going to the gym 3-4 times per week. I do 35 minutes on the elliptical, some weight machines, and finish up with a fast walk on the treadmill with small bursts of running (I can't run for more than a minute or two at a time). GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

    Congrats on starting your fitness journey! The biggest question that you need to answer is "why." Why do you want to lose weight and get healthy?
