Activity tracker and exercise logging???

Morning all,
Your views please...
I wear a polar loop which tracks my activity levels daily and adjusts my calorie burn in MFP automatically.
I also do a short wake up exercise routine each day (psychocalisthenics) which burns around 70 cals in 15 mins.
I'm debating wether I should log the exercise separately or just assume the polar loop will pick it up accurately.
The way the polar loop measures activity and calculates calories is a bit of a mystery to me and I've yet to find any info online that really explains it clearly enough.
What do other activity tracker users do?
Thanks ...Sue

I have a jawbone and it picks up steps. I log purposeful exercise as an activity regardless of the type..ie running, weights etc.0
