Looking for motivation

Soo I work overnights, and was looking on the internet tonight for motivation to go to the gym when I was done my shift (totally not a morning person and cannot see myself ever getting up to go to the gym) and saw this gif that stated "The number one reason why people give up so fast is becasue they look at how far they still have to go, instead of how far they have come." I've found that sooo inspiring today, soo true, I've lost 30 pounds so far, and yes my big audaious goal is 50 pounds more, my attainable is 30, and I always find myself looking forward, and getting discouraged at how far I have to go, looking in that mirror and being like, omg i hate my stomach, etc...But that statement reaslize my next mini goal of 10lbs is totally doable, I HAVE LOST 30 ALREADY!! What is 10more? And 10 more after that...and so forth? I can do it, the gym is my friend, my mind is the enemy, I will see it soon.

Exactly! It's good to move forward and have goals, but thinking about all the work that's still waiting for us can be discouraging. So think of how far you've come! You can do it again. And again, as needed. You lost 1 or 2 lbs this week? Do the same next week Time will pass, wether you're doing something good for yourself or not. So you might as well
Ps. when I look in the mirror I try to think about this: I LOVE my stomach enough to put only good things in moderation in it! And it will thank me by getting smaller and prettier.0
