Anyone else with 100lb weight loss goal?

Yes. I want to be about 160-170, so I'm actually quite close to my goal. I'm stuck in the 80's though. I've hit 90lbs lost a few times, but then went back up. However, I will say that I've made endurance, distance and strength gains while plateauing so I'm not overly upset about my loss of progress. But my ultimate goal is to be -110lbs.0

I have no arm strength at all so I will work on it
It's great to hear what has worked for everyone and how we all seem to take slightly different approaches. I guess the main thing is realising what works for you in a healthy way and the will power to keep going and not be disheartened by slower progress. Thanks for telling us about your stories!
