Needing some motivation

So I started this weight loss journey coming up on a year pretty soon. I was not fat, I wanted to get in shape to look better and perform better athletically. I started around 152 (I am 5'7), come last December I was pretty much at my goal of 130-134. It was really amazing to see the transformation.
Xmas time kind of screwed me up a little, then I got back on track and went on vacation in February which was not good...I think I gained like 5 lbs. It was hard getting back on track after that. Eating all those naughty things I usually never did just tasted so good!
Up until this April after dealing with a back disc issue that flared up I was doing fitness blender 5 days a week and playing soccer 3 nights a week. I am still doing soccer 3 nights a week but I am having a hard time getting into the swing of my morning work outs. I am just unmotivated and the mornings are rough exercising with my back sometimes depending on the type of work out. I am around 138 right now and I want to look and feel like I was around 133. I have been logging but not 100% like I was last year. I eat very clean and healthy 95% of the time.
I just feel unmotivated, I feel like there is no goal in mind. Just loosing weight to me is not a goal, before I was doing it for a reason and because I reached that goal in the past I feel like I need something else to look forward to.
Does your body get used to the calorie deficit? do I need to switch something up? I tried adjusting the calorie intake and set it at a certain amount and did not log exercising as it was getting annoying to log everyday, now i switched it back to a lower amount and logging exercising. I am a premium user so I set the days I play soccer to a little higher which is nice.

I would suggest to find a solid why. Why do you want to improve? What is going to drive you to get up and kick some butt? I know mine. It's my son...and future kids. I want to show them how to live a healthy and fit life so they don't end up in a bad spot...like where I was going before I changed. That drives me every day.
Also, find a great support group where you can turn to when you're struggling. I help to run a great support and accountability group on Facebook for people looking to improve their health and fitness. It's just a bunch of people supporting and encouraging each other to make progress towards their goals. It's an awesome community. If you're interested in it, I'd be glad to chat with you about it.0 -
I am highly introverted, 5'5" and 258 (today) pounds. I have mild asthma, knee pain due to arthritis and lower back and hip pain due to some misbehaving horses that I trimmed a few weeks ago. I also cope with depression and anxiety that sometimes get overwhelming. Over this past weekend I spent 8 hours practicing martial arts(aikido) in a dojo I had never been to before, and after 6 of those hours was tested for my black belt.
If I can do it so can you.0 -
I do aikido as well.. Three mornings a week. Small world.0
