Difference between Split top white and Round?

I may be putting this in the wrong thread, as its more of a chit chat type of thing but that thread is full of "blah blah the person above you!"

So anyway, What the hell is the difference? Its bread!

    Do you mean difference in ingredients, calories, or what? Not sure I understand the question. There are a variety of bread recipes.

    Its more off topic than I care to admit haha, Just why is one split and one round. makes no sense.

    There's no difference other than looks. For split- top bread, you run a knife lengthwise along the top before baking. Round top, you don't. That's the difference.
