Last week I could not stop thinking about a commercial with a big, thick juicy burger with fries and this week Red Lobster has me wanting Alaskan crab legs dipped in butter and Old Bay with Beer. Mmmmmm :'(

    Cereal... Some really crunchy kind. I try not to keep it in since whenever I have any I can't seem to stop!

    No particular craving but I do have the munchies pretty bad. It is going to be a challenge since I am using today as a rest day and have a long quiet day of introverting planned after an intense and active weekend. Today's plan includes watching tv, surfing the net and reading a book and just not really leaving the house. No exercise calories will be earned.

    I had to stop buying milk because I made a recipe for cornbread that was super EZ and really quick to make. And it soooo freakin good! The only ingredient I am missing is milk and I know if I get my hands on some its a wrap for any weight loss. BTW my recipe had a 1/2 cup of white sugar and a 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar and a entire stick of butter. I guess that is another craving I am having. :s

    I just discovered that show Orphan Black on Amazon and to help me keep from totally bingeing on it I work out while I watch it.
