I try and walk every day for a least an hour. I wear a pedometer, which shows me my steps, Km and cals. Went I enter on here how far I've walked and far how long, the cals dont match my pedometer, its says far less then what it says on here, so I dont know which is the right one

Even the calories on your pedometer are an estimate. If you eat back your calories I'd suggest eating back 60-70% of them.0 -
