1200 call a day

Yes my goal is 1200 call a day but if I go to 1500 some days I'm ok with it. I am older and I notice if I don't stay close to 1200 I won't lose. Also, I am not really hungry. The cravings I may get are really psychological and not True hunger. Today I had oatmeal with walnuts and dates. Lunch will be a protein shake and cherries. I snacked on a half salt bagel with salmon cream cheese. I still have almost 400 call left for dinner and a bedtime snack. That is plenty. No hunger here. If I exercise a bit I can have a bit more. (I usually walk a mile at work during the course of the day) good luck.

    Sounds like you're finding ways to make it work for you. That's the trick, I think, for success.

    Kudos if it works for you, though report back in a couple months... but hot damn I love me a good 1000 calories for dinner and evening snackies/drinkies.
