Dont know when im full

I'm greedy it’s official! :embarassed:
By the time meal times come around I'm hungry if I exercise alot that night I can go passed the hunger stage but still eat anyway!? My problem is I eat what I have planned to eat and sometimes im still hungry afterwards so have a bottle of water, nope still hungry, so I eat something else, mostly fruit sometimes crisps depends how I feel, then 20 mins later I’m so full I feel uncomfortable, like now! :smile:
I know I should just ignore the hunger feeling for an hour or so but any tips on how to do this without feeling deprived or giving in – im hoping there are people who have managed to overcome this madness!

    Try eating your meals more slowly.

    I have the same problem... This is what works for me, I drink water before I eat, eat my portion sized meal... Wait a little bit start putting leftovers away clean the kitchen up.... I rarely have 2nds anymore.... Plus if I'm preparing dinner I put fresh fruit fruit or veggies on the counter for me to snack on while cooking.... This helps me not over eat... I read it takes 20 minutes to fill full in most cases
