Hi and a question on vegetable soup

first post, I'm just getting used to the app and I have a question
I've made my own vegetable stock: a leek, 2 carrots, 1 parsnip, 2 sticks celery, and a large onion.
I've made my own soup using the above and basically adding the same veg minus the parsnip over again but I can't figure out how best to select that from the data base. I've used no oil in the preparation
I've weighed a portion of the south and it comes in at about 388 grams
How best to count that soup
