Hello to all

Today is day one of using the my fitness pal app. I am 51 year old first time grandpa. I had at one time successfully lost 80 pounds through weight watchers but put back 30. I want to get back to my goal weight. I started biking and began using map my fitness and then started using my fitness pal to start tracking my calories and to become part of a community. I am looking forward to this journey of weight loss.
