I'm from Taunton , Somerset .uk and really struggling. I've been a Slimming world member and tried every other diet under the sun . I feel like I'm throwing money away as I'm not loosing hence I'm trying MFP with fitbit.
Any tips to ensure I am more successful than following SW ? Is there anyone else near to my area ? Cheers x

Hi! I've been at this for the last 10 months (or 15 years, if you count all the failed attempts...) and what works is being active on a daily basis and eating a balanced diet. Some will say calorie in/calorie out and nothing else, but this has to be enjoyable and sustainable in my book also.

I don't know anything about Slimming World, other than it's a group like Weight Watchers. The key to success with MFP is learning to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Logging is simple, but it ain't easy. Logging works.0
