I've followed mfp for about 2 weeks now. 1st week was great. This week it's gone on again. Are there particular foods that go well together and others to avoid to get a good loss?
Thanks

Hi:
In order to lose body weight, you have to eat at a deficit. Here is a good link

If you want to be healthy, you need to eat more healthier food. If you do not eat at a deficit, you will not lose weight, even when eating healthy.
Good luck in your healthy journey0
