Hi. Been on for a couple months but never posted.

I've been on MFP since March but have never posted. I'm a 35 year old male and I had been gradually gaining a few pounds a year for several years so I decided to hit the gym and start watching what I eat.
I'm running 3.5 to 4 miles 5 or 6 days a week and tracking with MFP.
I've lost 27 pounds in about 12 or 13 weeks. looking to lose about another 20 and hoping the loss doesn't slow down. Friend requests welcome.
