Eating and working midnights

Anybody who works midnights.....How do you log you food? I'm having a problem with doing this. I'm not sure if I need to log on the same day or not.....Thanks

    Pick either same day or next day and just be consistent with your logging. It won't be a deal breaker either way as long as your overall intake over the course of weeks is appropriate for your goals.

    I work nights. I log midnight to midnight.

    Just started my fitness pal and working midnights. I'm logging from midnight to midnight, my trainer suggested logging 4am to 4am. This was just not working for me.

    My diary works like this since I work both overnights and days. I just log the food where I eat it. Works for me.

    8am-12pm
    12pm-4pm
    4pm-8pm
    8pm-12am
    12am-4am
    4am-8am

    I suggest labeling your meals and logging from wake to sleep. I have meals entered as (2pm) (7pm) (midnight) (4am) (snack)
