Headache connected to crazy hunger?

I have noticed over the years that when I get a bad headache, it seems to come with hunger that I can never seem to get rid of. I mean, I can literally eat an entire meal, and still feel like I am STARVING.....and the hunger does not seem to go away, until I have eaten enough, and taken a couple rounds of meds to knock it out.


Now, it does not happen often, say once every couple months.....but it has been happening for years, and always the same way....

Has everyone else ever experienced this?
