I'm stuck!!

I've been really good with both diet and exercise lately. I record everything I eat, I weigh, measure and really keep track. I'm eating whole, natural foods and not a lot of processed junk...but I'm stuck and I'm so frustrated. I've been hovering around the same weight for a month and I'm about to cry.
I work out about 3-4 times per week and I walk everywhere I go...yet the weight isn't coming off.
What am I doing wrong?
