Need help!!

What's the quickest way to get rid of a big gut? What foods to stay away from while working on that area? I do walk 3 miles 5 to 6 times a week already.

    Seconding all this. Also, you cannot target specific areas. Overall fat reduction is needed; you can't spot reduce.

    Patience grasshopper. :smile: Until we are visited by aliens and they give us some sort of zapping fat gun we are stuck with the old-fashioned way of losing weight. Exercise more/eat less...but not too less or your body will freak out and not lose anything...
