If I run in really hot humid weather, I just drink a few sips of pickle juice if I need something. It makes me feel immediately better.

More details please, Using a juicer, I juice an apple, celery and and the juice of one lemon. Is teh coconut water/strawberry a second suggestion? How do I use a strawberry? is this a garnish. I really want to have a good electrolyte drink without buying Vitamin water.

Its 3 differet recipes. Yes use a juicer. The strawberry/coconut waterwater/salt is the second suggestion, juice the strawberry or puree it if you like it chunky. Any combo works the first with celery supply's salt the apple vitimans the lemon has the most electrolytes of any fruit, you can make them in mason jars and store in the fridge.
