Slow and Steady

So I started this app a month ago. I've lost 10 pounds and it shows. I've changed my diet, started exercising more. My new job is kind of killing me because I'm on my feet all day and it's really affecting my AS but I'm trying my best and it's actually working. I've decided that since I'm losing weight and changing my life, I'd do more. I'm going to dye my hair and everything. Part of this is because of finally being diagnosed but this app has really helped. I'm almost starting to feel better about myself!

congratulations on the first 10 pounds...BUT 10 pounds lost in a month isn't slow at all. that is an average of more than 2 lbs a week which is a good pace.
I'm currently losing 2 lbs a month.... an average of 1/2 a week. THAT is slow and steady my friend! (and not too much fun!)0
