I've tried several times to get myself on a diet
For some reason I can start one
I just can't stay on it I loose the motivation
I've tried games on the kinnect
Taking walks around the lake since I love water
Nothing keeps me on track I don't know what to do

Why don't you try to change your thought process, rather then your on a diet say your making a lifestyle change. Diet is so strict when you think about it. Lifestyle is easier to process and not take as your being deprived. What type of fitness are you into and/or doing?

So your food plan is sustainable but you don't feel that you can commit to a reasonable exercise plan? What exactly is that you are finding too hard? Maybe we can help.

Sometimes starting is the hardest part, but doing nothing produces nothing. Go day by day. I do things that I know I can do, log on here my food, move every day, take my vitamin. Sometimes I go meal by meal. We are our worst critics so don't be so hard on yourself. Baby steps. Remember Losing Weight isn't the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to Losing Weight.

You have to make weight loss and healthy lifestyle your primary priority. This is a good book that really helped me. It is by Judith Beck, The Beck Diet Solution". It goes into the psychology of weight loss and maintenance. I suggest checking it out of the library, doing all of the exercises as directed. Learning and using the tools has helped me maintain my motivation.

Good luck on your wellness journey.
