I've been using MyFitnessPal very irregularly for awhile, however, I have decided to get really involved with my health and make some lifestyle changes! Since entering college, I've gained about 40 lbs (darn pizza, soda and beer), and would like to lose about 25 lbs before I start working toning up!

I play hockey recreationally, and have really gotten back into it after a two year break!
Since I'm getting serious, I just wanted to say hi! I need to find a way to keep up motivation, so if anyone wants to be friends, that would be great :)
