Struggling but not giving up!!!

Hello,

My name is Mel K and I'm back again. Hoping to really stick to logging my daily food intake. I've done really well with my weight loss thus far (a little over 40lbs that I've been able to maintain for almost a year) and I'm very pleased. However, I've been struggling for the last 8 months to loose anywhere from 8-10 pounds. While I've become a lot leaner/toner and continue to drop in sizes the scale seems like it doesn't want to move!!! I'm frustrated/struggling but I'm not giving up. Anybody been there and would like to share some words of encouragement or wisdom. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance:smile: !!!
