i try to work out 5times a week but get discouraged especially after HIIT.I feel severe heat inside my body and from time to time I feel feverish on the outside....
Secondly,I wake up so hungry.is there a link in these two things?
Is any one feeling this way?
So confused

I live in Fresno, so summer heat can be intense. I get up early and workout at dawn, with fans on high and windows open if it's cool enough. I keep water handy so I can take sips during the workout, and a small towel for wiping sweat out of my eyes.
As for being hungry when you wake up, hard to offer advice here since your diary isn't public. I think if you are genuinely hungry, then you likely need to eat more. What's your calorie goal, do you meet it, and do you eat back exercise cals?0 -
I live in florida and have same issue...I try to go for runs in AM ...but sometimes I get stupid and run sprints in Afternoon..but for some reason I seem to handle the heat better than others..
Sometimes I am starving after lifting..last night I did a pretty heavy upper routine came home and crushed a 1200 cal dinner and was still hungry...!
If you are hungry eat..if you are not hungry then don't eat..0
