I just had baby #2 via c section 7 weeks ago. I gained about 40 lbs during the pregnancy and got on bad eating habits. Still on this eBay eating habits, so downloaded this app again. I have used it in the past and it definitely helps.
Does anyone know when breastfeeding how many calories, etc I should add onto the 1200 it suggested? I'm fairly active through the day with my 2 year old and the baby..so hoping good eating and being active with them and breastfeeding will help! I've lost about 20 lbs since giving birth so not awful but not where I want to be! I've got about 40 lbs to lose to be where I'm comfortable.
