how do I reach this each day and stay under my calorie goal. Having a hard time.

It is hard. Im allergic to bananas too which hurst me even more. Sweet potatoes have a bunch and so do some other veggies. I agree that its tough though.0

One issue is that lots of the entries don't include potassium information, so you may be getting lots more than you think.
One tip is to try and use the USDA entries (the ones MFP inputted without the asterisks) for whole foods like meat or fruits and veggies and realize that it's likely that restaurant or packaged food won't have the information.

However, once I started focusing on using the good (non asterisk) entries, I found that I tended to be easily over the goal every day.0 -
I find that I'm not meeting it, but it isn't listed on many foods potatoes and dairy are good.0
