Simultaneously tracking my steps w/ jawbone up24 & iPhone 6 via my fitness pal. I've always wondered which is the more accurate calorie adjuster. If anybody else uses or has used them both, which is more accurate?

I don't know which is more accurate. I use the Jawbone and My Fitness Pal app. My Jawbone will edit the exercise calories I log onto My Fitness (I have them synced) and sometimes will increase the calories burned or reduce them. So I guess Jawbone thinks it knows better. lol

You can also calibrate the UP24 easily. Once art, it is very accurate. I see the calorie adjustment as a good thing because it will adjust my intake down if I don't move enough.
