so I'm just wondering how many calories should I be having to gain a half a pound a week! I'm currently 27, 5ft 7inchs 110 lbs and female. I also walk 10km five times a week!

250 calories above your maintenance level.

That would take me to 2000 a day! Is that not too much?

Seek professional help ... the one common piece of advice in all the threads you start.

Given your stats and the amount of walking you do, I doubt 2000 cals would even be a surplus to be honest.

This. You repeatedly start threads that ask the same thing or something very similar; and then you usually don't like the responses you get. It seems that you are not coping well trying to recover on your own. I third (forty-seventh) the suggestion to work with professionals on your recovery.

It is important and worth spending the money on.
