Hi All

Bit of back ground:

I'm 30 years old
5ft 3inches
163 pounds
I work 4-5x (never less than 4 times) per week which at my old gym consisted of spinning, Insanity, 2x spinning classes. At my new gym I do 2x 30 min CXWORX classes, 30 min Bodycombat, 30 min Grit and a 45 min spinning class.

I weight 11st 7lbs and since xmas this has fluctuated between 11st 6lb and 11st 9lb BUT I have lost around 10/12 inches from hips, waist and bust and have dropped a dress size but for the past few weeks my weight is just staying the same which I know you shouldn't always go by the scales which I dont but my main issue is, I am eating enough calories? MFP recommends 1200 calories a day before exercise and I do eat my exercise calories which can range from 200 to 350 depending on what I'm doing but something's telling I'm not eating enough calories...

What do you think? also whats everyone elses calories goals etc...
