Need some help, not sure if I'm doing this right.

Hi all,
I recently started my bid to get fit and loose weight (2 weeks ago) I have been doing the C25K program and running 3 times a week, although I'm not sure if my eating correctly. I do try and stay off the junk food but am partial to a soda and a burger every now and again. I love my vegetables and do try to make sure I eat a lot of them, I'm not too keen on fruit but love fruit juice. My biggest concern is that I will do all the exercise correctly but end up not loosing weight because I'm not eating right, this is where I could really use your help and advice. I have made my diary public and would appreciate your opinions on the days I have recorded so far.

You rarely meet your calorie goal. I think you need to eat more - try to hit your calories. You also eat a lot of junk and rarely eat any vegetables. And you drink a lot of calories. Try to eat more lean meats, vegetables, drink more water and try to hit your calorie goals.0
