It came back, and brought friends. I'd rather have new ones!

Well, I wouldn't actually call them friends. And NONE of them are welcome. But they are always hanging around, and all I want them to do is leave....

I'm not "new" to MFP. I've been here before with great success. But life throws curve balls, and my lack of faith in me leaves me throwing in the towel, saying what's the use? I read this quote that said you are one decision away from a whole new life. I can make the decision. It's the execution of it that I fail at. Sometimes I feel like those scenes in a horror movie, where someone is almost free, only to fall back into the hell again. Fade in fade out voices included.

I was hoping to start this journey again by ditching the old toxic "friends", and picking up a couple new genuine ones. Maybe together we can break out of the awful grip of discouragement, and find a strong steady voice, with a new body to go with it.
