Fitness blender, fab abs & butt workout

I have seen posts on their pages that people are combining the two programs. I am thinking of doing the same. I am wondering though how people are fitting it in? Are you doing every other day? Two work outs per day? I am nearly finished the 8 week busy people and am worried that A) I won't have enough time to combine the workouts and b) doing both will be to intense on my body.
Any tips? Thanks

    I'm doing fbfit and from what I read on their app's community, that should be enough. It's a total of 1 hr. I think so long as you don't focus on the same muscle groups for very intense workouts, it should be fine. Also, doing more than an hour daily could be too taxing on the body. Their abs and butt workouts focus a lot on the lower body and core. How long is each workout for?
