Hi, I am a 39 year old single parent of a 5.5 year old bouncing baby boy.If that doesnt say enough, then I cant easly continue.I have a great mon-fri job,my son is is both kindergarten and daycare and we live in a townhouse, have a nice car,and are for the most part-pretty content with our lives.Unfortunately,if I do feel down or stressed,( which for a one income person) that can be often,I make a 100 meter dash to the "treat"cupboard. These treats include Spiderman gummies, chips, granola bars etc. We may only have 1 bag of each, but sometimes I will eat 1/2 a granola bar and throw it away. At work we had a friendly competition of who could lose weight, this was alot of fun and it inspired me to go to thesmall gym that I have a membersip for. Since there arent alot of poeple that go,it is easy for me to choose what equipment I want for that period.I just turn on the tv, and before i know-1/2 hour is up.I get my son from daycare and then we may play street hockey or soccer for awhile. No wonder that by 9pm,I am ready for bed also..Then, I start the next day, pretty much the same routine.
