30 DS after Ripped

Has anyone completed Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30? I finished it two weeks ago, and it's a great program! (although I didnt follow her meal plan). I got pretty good results, and have now switched to doing her 30 day shred DVD. I wanted to know if any of you have actually completed Ripped in 30 and went on to 30 DS? I ask because I believe 30DS is less challenging, and maybe I should have done it first.. I'm hoping to see more results!!!!..

I didn't do Ripped in 30 but I have done the 30DS and I agree, it is a bit easy when you have already been working out a lot. I would skip right to level 2 and see if that is still easy, if it is, move on so you don't waist 30 days.0

I am just now finishing 30DS. Level 1 is the least challenging work out I've ever done in my entire life. Level 2 is OK, but the workout is pretty annoying, which is a weird way to describe a work out, but that's the only way I can describe Level 2. Level 3 is by far my favorite. I have four days left, and I'm finally feeling super challenged. For the record, I have very high cardiovascular strength, but little muscular strength. This has helped me increase some muscle strength, but I was a weakling before.0

Dont get me wrong, It's STILL a workout, and I feel like I've been "worked" by the end of the workout... I just feel that Ripped in 30 was alot more challenging. I still plan to do each level for ten days, with two rest days per week. I also incorporate walking/ jogging in betweeen. I'm on day 10 of level one, and will be moving on to level Two on Monday.0

Which did you do first?0 -
I have 3 days left of 30 Day Shred (my second round). If you feel like it's too easy then use heavier weights. Are you doing all of the hardest moves? For this second go around I did follow up with a rotation through the levels of Killer Abs immediately after finishing 30 Day shred for a total time of 60 minutes for most of Levels 1 & 2. Since moving on to Level 3 I have not been doing Killer Abs after because I am spent.0

I am going to say yes, but I have lost all the weight I need to really. I'm going to take measurements when I am done, but I have size 6 express pants that I bought a couple months ago and they are getting too big. Also, fit into size 4 skirts like it ain't no thang. I feel great. I was doing Insanity and I was starving all the time. So it felt like I was negating the "extra" effort (in quotes because I got similar burns to Jillian but I was more spent, like harder to finish and then tired all day after) but I had to eat more as well. My page is public, or add me if you want to see my results in a few days.0 -
