Hey! A quote I heard about a flat stomach is "abs are made in the kitchen" Nutrition is key. I would say stretch daily, cardio 4 days a week, ab training every second day and eat clean! It takes a while but its totally worth it!0

In the same boat. Shooting to lose the last of the weight I gained during the most recent pregnancy and trying to be patient. No real advice, just a little support.0

Always knew the last bit would be the hardest. Just I rubbish at knowing just how much cardio I should do, I walk for around 2 hours a day. And first thing in morning I do few exercise and sit up.0

It's actually a myth that you have to do a bunch of cardio to lose fat. If your nutrition is worked out correctly and you're in a calorie deficit you don't even have to do any cardio at all. If you choose to do so you can but it isn't necessary for a flat tummy.
Also, you could swap the walking for 30 minutes of strength training and get 1.5 hours of your life back every day. This would also be better for overall body composition.
Check out this link and take the OP to heart. You won't be sorry.
