I'm having 1tomato,1avocado, 1/2cucmber pilled, with a dash of salt and pepper! Take a pic and let's share our food ideas

No pic (I ate it already, lol), but I had 2 c raw baby spinach with 5 grape tomatoes, half a red bell pepper, 2 tbs shredded cheddar, 1 tbs sunflower kernels, and two strips of bacon, with 1 tbs Italian dressing. Yum.0

Homemade "burrito bowl"! Chicken tenderloins ( 4oz, seasoned by my husband), green pepper, scallions, 1/4c corn, 1/4c black beans, 2 tbsp hot salsa, 1/2c white rice, and Cholula. A big, delicious, high-protein, low-fat lunch for under 400 calories. OM NOM NOM.

Pretzel crusted chicken breast, Carolina coleslaw, baby carrots, and coffee. Call it about 950cals.
