Like I said, you can adjust calories to heart's content if you make them yourself. It's only three ingredients (without the preservatives).
QUEST BARS (Homemade Recipe)

There are form fitting silicone molds in bar shapes on amazon to make the molding process easier. You don't have to manipulate the mold as much. Just press down with a spoon.

Freshware CB-104RD if the link doesn't work0 -
I looked at the ingredients on Quest bars, tweaked it and make my own. Much cheaper and you know exactly what's in it.0

Pure Protein bars. 20 grams of whey protein, cheaper than Quest bars. The chocolate peanut butter are the best. Have some fruit or veggies to round out your meal. :-)0

I really like low carb supreme protein bar. There pretty low in sugar and taste like a candy bar. There larger in size compared to most as well. 30 grams of protein so very satisfying.0

I tried some Pure Protein awhile back (Chocolate Delux) and hated the taste. I love the taste of Clif bars, but as I am trying to increase protein consumption, I'm looking for other alternatives. Quest was suggested because of the higher protein content.
I almost want to take a day and use my calories to taste various brands/flavors to find something that tastes good and is higher in protein.
I tried the Chewy Chocolate Chip variety and no lie, it tastes luscious! I just had a Quest Cookies and Cream bar earlier today and the PP just blows it away in my book!0 -
Quest bars are awesome, but expensive. I buy Pure Protein and Oh Yeah! bars at Costco.0

I like the Perfect Food Brand bars sold at Costco. The almond butter flavor is great and at 305 calories, they are a good stand in for a regular breakfast. I often have a 2 hour commute into work and eat one in the car..0

That's quite a chunk of calories for a bar!!! Does that feel you up and keep you satiated?0 -

Yes! Quite full! I eat one around 6 when driving in then nothing until lunch at noon as I'm just not hungry. It's packed full of veggies too (you can't taste them). It's not my ideal meal but in a pinch when I'm traveling, they're a great option for me.

What I think sets Quest bars apart from other protein bars would be its ingredients. They use ingredients that I can read actually understand what each one is-as well as having very good macros/micros (almost 20g of fiber!!)0

I had to google to find the packaging. I don't recall seeing these at my Costco but I will have to take a look and give them a try. Thanks!0 -

I usually eat a Quest bar as a snack. If I had to substitute a bar for lunch/dinner, I'd choose a CLIF Builder's bar. They're just under 300 cals and more filling than any other protein bar I've eaten.0

quest bars are absolutely delicious, super macro friendly, crazy high protein & keep you full, and not too expensive if you buy by the box0

I really love the Pure Protein "greek style coating' bars- 31 grams protien, 290 /300 calories, 30ish grams carbs if I remember correctly.0

Quest bars. 20+ protein
Clif bars are good
Luna bars. Dont think they really help with hunger.

I need to check out these Quest bars. A lot of people recommend them. I have always used Special K or Atkins protein bars.0

So i have tried multiple diff flavors of the quest bars and i cant get into them. The protein flavor is just too much. I wont waste food so i ate all of the ones i bought but i seriously had to make myself eat them. I love the kind bars started eating those with some fruit for lunch and holds me over until dinner. Thanks all for the feedback though.0
