Workout video/class ideas?

I was looking for a workout video or program that I could buy that is fairly inexpensive (not insanity or P90x) that I could do at home on weekends when I don't make it to the gym. Does anyone have any ideas??

It depends on what type of workout do you like. I like yogalates by Louise Solomon but it is more to strength training in my opinion.

Take a look at Collage.com they have a lot of workout videos for less and you can watch parts of the video to preview if you like it.
  • really recommend jillian michaels No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolisn. Get a great sweat one both but one is weighted, one not. They get the job done and they're cheap with it.

I have Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I think it was like $10 at Wal-Mart. It's pretty intense and effective. I did the class a few times a week mixed in with other videos for a few months (I bought a 12 week progrom eventually) and had good results.

If you have a gaming system, there are Zumba classes for Wii, XBox and PS3. I have Zumba Fitness & Zumba Core, both for Wii and really like them. I like the music and routines in Core better.
