I'm new and not sure how to connect with friends or support people. 10 days ago I said it's time. Stopped sugar, alcohol, white breads pasta etc. Chicken fish. Fresh veggies and fruits.
10 # in 10 days. I know lots of water but I feel so much better. Trying to exercise 30 mins-60 with cardio and strength training. I've hit 8 out of 10 days. I'm in vacation (stay-cation) for 14 days and decided to make it focused on health and wellness. It's been hard not to have wine or crack a cold beer at the pool. 25# to go. Like all of you - it's hard. Support helps. I learn by reading others post and get inspired. Here's to longer living. CHEERS - with my water bottle.
