59. 4. I started a month ago and I've lost 7.2 so far. I'm also doing the DASH diet (low sodium, increased potassium, magnesium, calcium & fiber) and for some reason it's all working. My blood pressure is down and I'm losing weight! Yay!

Five!!! Started at 240 in March, quit drinking pop and gradually lost 10 pounds...Mid July I was at 230 and by August I was down to 220... I revved up my mental fight and continued eatin healthy... and now I'm so close! Gotta keep going!
