Small everyday things that help shed some pounds

What are some small everyday things you guys do to help lose weight?

i drink a lot of water and work out a few times a week.

One of the the things i like to do is i drink muscle milk everyday between one of my meals to help keep me feel full and i end up consuming less over the day. I also drink it again after i go to the gym. I've actually lost 5 Lbs doing this. Even tho my progess is slow, I dont lose weight easily.
(1 scoop has 16 grams of protein and 150 calories.)
